Our talent team is seeking candidates who can handle high-volume request processing while maintaining strict confidentiality standards and delivering excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Process medical record requests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ensure all requests are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt for assigned accounts
• Monitor incoming requests received through various channels
• Answer patient questions and requests via phone with professionalism and care
• Abide by HIPAA guidelines while ensuring the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI)
• Assist with overflow processing to support team coverage needs
• Provide feedback regarding request volume and operational issues
• Maintain consistent scheduling and workflow management
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
• Complete all required HIPAA and regulatory training programs
