Senior Fullstack Developer (C#/React), Migrate – ShareGate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in Canada that is building a next-generation web application for Microsoft 365 migration and governance. This is a greenfield project where your technical decisions will shape how the product evolves from its earliest stages.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll work across the entire stack—React, TypeScript, and C# /.NET—while collaborating closely with product and design to deliver migration capabilities that just work. You'll be part of a cross-functional squad where technical judgment, AI-assisted development, and quality craftsmanship are core to how the team operates.

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack features that meet quality, performance, and UX standards from the first milestones of a new web application
• Shape technical choices including libraries, API patterns, code structure, and test strategy to accelerate future delivery
• Translate user needs into shipped experiences in partnership with Product and Design teams
• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) reliably and securely for migration and authentication scenarios
• Anticipate technical risks and bring concrete solutions that keep delivery moving
• Raise the team's technical bar through code reviews and mentoring
• Master AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to deliver exceptional quality and output
• Build technical foundations and reusable patterns for a web-based migration platform that scales

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of frontend development with React and TypeScript
• Solid backend development experience with C# /.NET
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment in product contexts
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver quality user experiences
• Experience using AI tools in daily software development workflows
• Clear, direct communicator who can constructively challenge product decisions
• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a strong asset

Pay
