Laminator Assistant

Printpack is hiring a Laminator Assistant to join our production team in Rhinelander, WI. This is a full-time position where you'll support our lamination operations and contribute to delivering quality printed products.

What This Role Involves

As a Laminator Assistant at Printpack, you'll work in our production facility operating and maintaining laminating equipment under the guidance of experienced team members. Your work will directly support the lamination process, ensuring materials are prepared, processed, and finished to our quality standards. You'll be part of a collaborative manufacturing environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating laminating machinery and equipment
• Prepare materials for lamination and monitor the lamination process
• Stack, sort, and package finished laminated products
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure specifications are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support equipment maintenance and report any operational issues
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and equipment operation
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
