We're seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives across the entire business. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving startup at an early stage and gain exposure to every aspect of building a product-led technology company.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on the highest-priority initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges as they emerge
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through successful delivery
• Build new teams, processes, and organizational capabilities as the company scales
• Conduct research on new markets, product opportunities, and potential business directions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve how the organization works
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
