About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential growth marketing firm seeking a Lifestyle Marketing Associate Account Director to join their team remotely from Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Peru. This is a strategic client-facing role managing a portfolio of lifestyle and consumer durable brands with complex purchase cycles and high consideration requirements.

Our client operates at the intersection of marketing strategy, data intelligence, and full-service execution. They manage significant media investment across multiple channels and leverage proprietary technology to drive measurable business outcomes for their clients.

Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

As the day-to-day strategic lead, you will:

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, serving as the primary strategic partner and performance narrative owner
• Lead or support weekly client calls, translating full-funnel performance data into clear, actionable insights
• Navigate measurement complexity across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages—explaining multi-touch attribution challenges in client-friendly terms
• Coordinate cross-channel teams (paid media, SEO, content, email, creative) around unified account strategies
• Track retention metrics including repeat purchase rate, lifetime value by cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance
• Employ AI technologies and proprietary marketing intelligence platforms to optimize account performance
• Flag when short-term performance pressure conflicts with long-cycle strategy; prepare senior leadership for critical client conversations
• Support quarterly strategy development, renewal preparation, and service expansion opportunities
• Maintain daily engagement with performance platforms and surface issues proactively

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing with direct client management responsibility
• Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and how upper-funnel and lower-funnel channels interact over longer purchase cycles
• Comfort navigating attribution limitations—you know what last-click metrics miss and can explain it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of upper-funnel channels including content marketing, SEO, video, and programmatic advertising
• Experience with brands where creative quality and storytelling differentiate performance
• Proven ability to maintain client confidence through longer measurement cycles and performance fluctuations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to transform complex multi-channel performance into legible client narratives
• Track record contributing to strong client retention (90%+ ideal) and revenue growth

Key performance areas include: expansion-to-churn ratio, net monthly recurring revenue across your portfolio, client satisfaction scores, monthly service expansion pipeline generation, and platform certification maintenance.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The role includes base salary paid in USD plus commission opportunities.
