About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Engineer (Deployment) to lead complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations. This is a remote-first role based in the United States, offering the chance to drive strategic technical delivery while partnering cross-functionally to scale deployment capabilities in a high-growth environment.

Our client provides financial technology solutions to digital brands and institutions. As a senior individual contributor, you'll operate in a post-sales capacity, ensuring technical, strategic, and commercial objectives are realized through client delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic deployments on a quarterly basis, taking ownership of quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes that drive recurring revenue
• Project manage end-to-end implementation strategy, including complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and proactive risk management
• Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions and tooling
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams, influencing the product roadmap with client insights and technical feedback
• Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer lifecycle delivery
• Build institutional knowledge through scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems that elevate team consistency
• Support organizational scalability by forecasting capacity needs, mitigating pipeline constraints, and reducing future revenue risk
• Leverage AI tools as a core layer for accelerating solution design, implementation velocity, and continuous deployment improvement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture within SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations
• Deep technical skills with the ability to credibly engage engineering teams while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and tooling that measurably improves deployment velocity and quality
• History of influencing senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to shape strategic decisions and align organizational efforts
• Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments with rapid ownership and impact expected within 60 days
• Clear understanding of how deployment excellence impacts commercial outcomes including revenue and customer retention
• Strong perspective on AI as a fundamental productivity shift, with habits of integrating AI tools into daily workflows for enhanced leverage and output

Pay

The client has indicated base salary of $115,000+ depending on experience. Additional details about total compensation will be shared during the interview process.
