Working Student Brand Ambassador (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food innovation company in Hamburg seeking a Working Student Brand Ambassador. This is a hands-on role where you'll bring premium plant-based products directly to consumers through tastings, events, and mobile sampling experiences across the city.

Our client operates in the premium food segment, where trial is essential to conversion. You'll be the face of their brand at supermarkets, festivals, trade fairs, and on a sampling bike in high-traffic areas of Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate tasting events independently with supermarkets, festivals, and trade fairs
• Execute tastings from start to finish: setup, customer engagement, breakdown, and equipment cleaning
• Operate a mobile sampling bike to create brand experiences in high-traffic Hamburg locations
• Collect and document customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategy
• Maintain professional presentation of brand materials and sampling equipment

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student (any field of study)
• German language skills at C1 level; English at B2 or above
• Natural ability to approach strangers and start engaging conversations
• Self-starter who can plan, coordinate, and execute independently without step-by-step direction
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Comfortable with physical work: carrying equipment, standing for extended periods, cycling around the city
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when events require
• Previous promoter or event sampling experience is a plus but not required
• Genuine enthusiasm for sustainable food innovation
