About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential federal contracting organization seeking an experienced Quantum Computing/Cryptography Engineer to join their technical team. This is a remote, full-time position requiring a Public Trust – Level 4 security clearance. Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing algorithms and cryptographic solutions for government applications
- Develop secure cryptographic systems using advanced mathematical and computational techniques
- Utilize programming languages including Python, C++, and Java for implementation and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quantum-resistant security architectures
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging quantum computing technologies and their implications for cryptography
- Support federal client requirements while maintaining compliance with security protocols
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in quantum computing principles and cryptographic engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Java programming languages
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust – Level 4 security clearance
- Experience working with or supporting federal government clients preferred
- Background in mathematics, computer science, physics, or related technical field
- Military experience is highly valued and encouraged
