(Senior) Social Media Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization based in München that is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to shape their creative voice across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will:

• Conceive and create engaging content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
• Develop comprehensive content strategies and maintain structured editorial calendars
• Actively manage online communities, interact with followers, and analyze engagement metrics
• Evaluate campaign performance, derive optimization insights, and propose new content formats
• Collaborate closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and creative brand communication

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who brings:

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in an agency or project-based environment
• Strong familiarity with major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated skills in content production across text, image, and video
• Experience with multichannel tools for campaign planning, execution, and analysis
• Knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics tools
• Excellent German and English language skills

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with primarily office-based work in München and one day per week remote. Additional benefits include workation opportunities and various employee perks.
