(Senior) Social Media Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing organization in München seeking a talented (Senior) Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be the creative voice across multiple social platforms, developing content strategies that drive authentic engagement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conceiving and creating multi-format content (text, image, video) tailored to specific platforms and audiences
• Developing content strategies and maintaining structured editorial calendars
• Managing active communities, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Evaluating campaign performance, deriving optimizations, and proposing new content formats
• Collaborating closely with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication
• Working across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking someone with proven social media or content marketing experience, ideally in an agency or project-based environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong proficiency across major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Demonstrated content production skills across text, image, and video formats
• Experience with multichannel tools for campaign planning, execution, and analysis
• Knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics tools
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Ability to work primarily on-site in München with one remote day per week
