About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential incentive marketing organization based in Munich. Our client specializes in consumer promotion campaigns, working with well-known brands across consumer electronics, food, cosmetics, and other retail sectors. This is a 3-6 month internship opportunity starting mid-January 2027, though applications are welcome now.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking candidates who are passionate about marketing, creative campaign development, and consumer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on marketing and industry knowledge from day one, working as a full team member on assigned projects
• Contribute actively to marketing concepts and campaigns for clients in various industries including consumer electronics, food, and cosmetics
• Support the development and optimization of existing products and assist with new product launches
• Take ownership of campaign and product management tasks, working independently on projects
• Participate in client meetings with the sales team to present concepts and solutions
• Collaborate with a creative team in a dynamic, supportive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, Linguistics, or have completed at least 4 semesters in Graphic Design or comparable qualifications
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills
• Creative mindset with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent German language skills required
• Interest in consumer marketing, promotions, and campaign development
