About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace and defense organization seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - RF Engineer for their Montbello, Denver facility. This is an onsite position supporting critical national security programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate RF systems and components for defense applications
• Perform systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, architecture development, and technical documentation
• Conduct RF analysis, modeling, and simulation to support system performance objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful program execution
• Support testing, integration, and validation of RF subsystems and components
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

What We're Looking For

• U.S. Citizenship required - only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
• Senior-level RF engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in RF systems design
• Strong background in systems engineering principles and methodologies
• Experience with RF analysis tools, modeling software, and test equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related technical field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
