Sys Engr – RF Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace and defense organization seeking an RF Engineer to join their systems engineering team in the Aurora, Colorado area. This is a critical role supporting advanced technology programs in an onsite capacity.

Responsibilities

As an RF Engineer on our client's systems engineering team, you will:

• Design, develop, and analyze radio frequency systems and components
• Conduct RF performance testing and validation activities
• Support integration of RF subsystems into larger platform architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on system-level requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues
• Participate in design reviews and technical documentation efforts

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Demonstrated experience in RF systems engineering
• Strong foundation in electromagnetic theory and RF circuit design
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement techniques
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (required prior to start date)
• U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
• Ability to work onsite at the Aurora, Colorado facility
