About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a OneStream Administrator to join their Finance team in Medicine Lake, Hennepin County. This is a hybrid role supporting enterprise performance management systems for a growing company.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the OneStream enterprise performance management platform
- Support financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes
- Configure and optimize application workflows and data integrations
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to finance users
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
- Collaborate with finance teams to implement new features and enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and security within the platform
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering OneStream or similar EPM platforms
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Technical skills in system configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience with financial planning and analysis systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred
