Business Development Representative – Outbound

They are seeking a Business Development Representative - Outbound to join their expanding team and drive new business opportunities across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a fast-moving technology company at an exciting stage of growth. You'll play a critical role in building pipeline and connecting with organizations that can benefit from innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads
• Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within enterprise organizations
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness for the sales cycle
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone presence
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
• Located in the United States with ability to work during standard US business hours
