About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential home improvement organization seeking a Retail Marketing Representative - Bilingual Spanish in the Fountainebleau area. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about connecting with customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail locations throughout Miami-Dade County, including Miami Lakes, Doral, Kendall, Homestead, and Cutler Ridge
- Represent our client's home improvement services and products to prospective customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments through direct customer interaction
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse customer demographics
- Work flexible schedules including weekends to maximize customer engagement
- Meet performance targets and contribute to team success
- Commute to multiple retail locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
- Availability to work full-time, part-time, and weekends
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple locations across Miami-Dade County
- Prior retail, marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
