About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a Working Student in Accounting (m/f/d) based in Düsseldorf with remote flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience building Finance Operations from the ground up while pursuing your studies.

Our talent team is looking for an enrolled student who wants to take ownership of accounting processes and contribute to systematic improvements in a dynamic growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Finance Operations including accounting, reporting, finance projects, systems, and treasury functions
• Support the accounting department with process ownership, particularly invoice processing workflows
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities
• Participate in project work including ERP system implementation initiatives
• Help build efficient end-to-end processes as a project team member
• Provide support and consultation to other departments on finance-related matters
• Work independently on assigned accounting tasks and processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Engaged, open-minded attitude with desire to contribute in a growth-stage environment
• Strong communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
• High degree of independence and willingness to take on responsibility
• Proactive approach with ability to contribute ideas constructively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally, initial practical experience in accounting within an industrial company or audit/audit-related consulting environment
