Wir vertreten einen modernen Beratungsmandanten mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland und suchen einen erfahrenen Teamleiter Finanzbuchhaltung & Controlling (m/w/d) für die interne Verwaltung in Bonn. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines kleinen Teams von drei Mitarbeitern und entwickeln den Fachbereich strategisch weiter.
Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Finanzbuchhaltung & Controlling
- Erstellung des monatlichen Controllings für die interne Unternehmensgruppe
- Prüfung der Finanzbuchhaltung verschiedener Gesellschaftsformen (Kapital- und Personengesellschaften)
- Erstellung und Durchsicht von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
- Integration neuer Standorte in die bestehenden Prozesse
- Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Rahmen der internen Organisation
Was wir suchen
Unser Mandant legt Wert auf eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Steuerfach mit umfassenden Kenntnissen in praktischer Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen. Führungserfahrung ist essentiell – Sie haben bereits Mitarbeiter geführt und entwickelt.
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene steuerliche Ausbildung (Steuerfachangestellte/r, Steuerfachwirt/in oder vergleichbar)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
- Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzbuchhaltung, Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
- Strategisches Denken und Organisationstalent
