Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization based in Berlin. We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager DACH (m/f/d) to join their strategic partnerships team, working directly with senior stakeholders at financial institutions across the DACH region.

This role offers the opportunity to shape critical business relationships and contribute to key initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day partnerships while driving cross-functional projects that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow partnerships: Build strong, day-to-day relationships with partner financial institutions, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success through regular in-person meetings
• Understand and enable: Develop a deep understanding of each partner's requirements and align them with platform capabilities, working closely with marketing and distribution teams to unlock growth
• Drive impact across projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives — from launching new financial products to supporting technical rollouts — and play an active role in shaping value delivery
• Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges
• Create transparency: Track and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and informed
• Ensure operational excellence: Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date, making sure systems run seamlessly

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar field
• Structured problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• A growth mindset and willingness to be hands-on where needed
