Fullsail is seeking a full-time Academic Advisor to join our team at our Full Sail location. In this role, you'll provide personalized guidance and support to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

Position Summary

As an Academic Advisor at Fullsail, you'll serve as a primary resource for students navigating their educational journey. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on student success through meaningful mentorship, strategic academic planning, and proactive engagement. You'll collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure learners stay on track toward their goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive academic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with students to discuss academic progress, course planning, and degree requirements
• Develop individualized academic plans aligned with each student's educational and career aspirations
• Monitor student academic standing and provide early intervention when performance concerns emerge
• Guide students through course registration, scheduling, and institutional academic policies
• Champion student retention and success through consistent check-ins and resource connections
• Coordinate with faculty, student services, and other departments to address student needs holistically
• Maintain thorough documentation of student consultations and academic progress tracking

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
