Join Fogo as a Server and deliver exceptional hospitality across our multiple locations. As a full-time server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with memorable experiences centered on outstanding service and attention to detail.

You'll manage multiple tables simultaneously, maintain strong product knowledge, and create positive interactions that define our guests' dining experience. Whether you're building relationships with regulars or welcoming first-time visitors, your professionalism and warmth will directly impact how guests feel about Fogo.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests promptly and seat them according to station assignments and capacity
• Present menus, answer questions about offerings, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the system, and ensure timely delivery
• Check in with tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Clear plates and reset tables between seatings with efficiency and care
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process tips
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
• Follow all food safety and health code regulations

Requirements

• Experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts and carry items safely
• Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing
• Reliability and punctuality
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
