Position Summary

As a Server at Fogo, you'll be the cornerstone of every guest's dining experience. In this full-time role across our Multiple locations, you'll welcome diners warmly, provide knowledgeable service, and ensure every visit is memorable. This position demands genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment where service excellence sets the standard.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival at Fogo
• Present menus and recommend dishes with genuine knowledge of our offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen
• Serve courses promptly and check in regularly to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
• Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling both cash and card transactions
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining exemplary cleanliness and presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain smooth service flow
• Address guest concerns immediately and professionally, resolving issues with discretion and care

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a server or in a guest-facing hospitality position
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and stay composed during service rushes
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and safely carry food and beverage items
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest interactions
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible beverage service practices preferred
• Strong team player with a collaborative and flexible attitude
