Communications & Design Working Student

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential deep-tech organization based in the Munich area. Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications & Design Working Student to support execution of visual and digital communications initiatives. You will help transform complex technical information into clear, engaging content across social channels and branded materials, working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced scientific environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual assets for social media and digital communications, including graphics and supporting content
• Support visual presentation of technical and corporate information in accessible formats
• Assist with production and coordination of social media content, particularly LinkedIn
• Maintain communications calendars, gather inputs from stakeholders, and coordinate timely content delivery
• Provide creative support for branded materials and visual communications within the office environment
• Prepare and adapt German-language communications, including translation between English and German
• Monitor relevant media coverage, industry developments, and competitive activity; compile updates for internal teams
• Provide additional execution-focused communications support as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or comparable discipline
• Fluent or native-level German with strong written and spoken English
• Strong visual and digital capabilities with ability to present information clearly and effectively
• Good understanding of contemporary social and digital communications channels
• Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into accessible visual or written formats
