Wir vertreten einen innovativen Kunden aus der Mobilitäts- und Technologiebranche mit Sitz in München. Für dessen wachsendes 10-köpfiges Customer Support Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) mit Entwicklungsperspektive Richtung Teamleitung.
Diese Position bietet die konkrete Möglichkeit, schrittweise Führungsverantwortung aufzubauen und die Servicequalität eines digitalen Produkts maßgeblich mitzuprägen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Fachliche Anleitung und Coaching von Junior-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen sowie Förderung des Wissensaustauschs im Team
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung komplexer, technisch oder rechtlich sensibler Kundenanfragen im 2nd & 3rd Level Support
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Support-Workflows und Etablierung von Best Practices
- Optimierung des Ticket-Systems (z. B. Zendesk/HubSpot) und Aufbau effizienter Prozesse
- Auswertung von Support-KPIs zur Identifikation von Fehlerquellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Tech, Legal und Sales zur nachhaltigen Produktoptimierung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Teamstrukturen mit dem Ziel, sukzessive organisatorische Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Souveräne Handhabung von Fragestellungen rund um Datenschutz und Compliance
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 4 bis 5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Customer Support, Kundenservice oder Customer Relationship Management
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem skalierenden SaaS-, Tech- oder Start-up-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung oder Einarbeitung von Teammitgliedern
- Klarer Wunsch und Bereitschaft, den nächsten Schritt Richtung Teamleitung zu gehen
- Exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM- und Ticket-Systemen (z. B. Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk)
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für datengetriebene Support-Prozesse und analytisches Denken
- Hands-on-Mentalität, hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und professionelles Auftreten in eskalierten Situationen
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
