About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Senior Sales Development Representative. This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States.

Our client empowers ambitious brands to create engaging digital experiences through an innovative platform. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to leverage AI-powered tools alongside traditional outbound sales techniques to drive meaningful pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of outbound qualified leads, consistently achieving quota targets through high-velocity prospecting
  • Spend 3-4 hours daily on strategic cold calling to source meetings for account executives
  • Manage and optimize multiple AI tools and agents, moving seamlessly between platforms to maximize efficiency
  • Take ownership of AI agent deployment, monitoring performance and auditing output for brand alignment
  • Execute sophisticated, high-touch outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified meetings
  • Manage seamless handoffs to sales executives while maintaining pristine data integrity within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to help evolve and refine sales processes

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of outbound SDR or sales experience with proven success hitting targets
  • Ability and willingness to spend 3+ hours daily on high-energy, high-impact phone prospecting
  • Strong curiosity about how AI is transforming modern sales, with experience leveraging AI capabilities within tools like Clay, Amplemarket, Common Room, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to contribute to an evolving, AI-forward sales environment
  • Startup mentality that thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments
  • Comfort oscillating between multiple AI-driven platforms to amplify output

Important: This is not a traditional data entry SDR role. We need someone genuinely excited about AI tooling and automation as tools to elevate the sales process. If you're energized by combining high-volume prospecting with innovative technology, this role will be an excellent fit.
