About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in London seeking an Operations Associate to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the operations function, where you'll be instrumental in onboarding new team members and enhancing processes to support rapid organizational growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience at a dynamic, ambitious organization working at the cutting edge of AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations in the UK office, including scheduling, office management, and supplies procurement to ensure a well-functioning workplace
• Support the onboarding process, ensuring new team members are set up on all systems and processes for success
• Organize and manage company events and socials, handling all logistics to promote team cohesion and morale
• Contribute to key HR initiatives and special projects as they arise
• Provide comprehensive operational assistance across the broader team
• Manage multiple operational initiatives concurrently, such as office moves, corporate gatherings, and event logistics

What We're Looking For

• Proven background in leading and executing core, day-to-day office operations
• Demonstrated track record of designing and establishing baseline systems from the ground up, including onboarding procedures, vendor relationships, and compliance processes to support rapid organizational scale
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work priorities while delivering operations solutions at a high-growth pace
• Strong ability to oversee multiple operational initiatives concurrently with exceptional attention to detail and clear, effective communication
• Ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to develop innovative solutions
• Comfort with core operational systems such as ticketing software, HRIS, or CRM platforms
• Hands-on experience streamlining routine processes through automation (preferred but not required)
