About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Munich seeking an IT Support Specialist for second-level technical support. This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible. Our client operates across multiple locations and subsidiaries, requiring robust technical support infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level technical IT support for employees across main offices and connected branch locations
  • Ensure smooth operation of client infrastructure by analyzing and resolving technical issues
  • Independently process service requests and develop sustainable solutions within the client environment
  • Act as a competent point of contact supporting users with complex IT problems while maintaining high service quality
  • Contribute to optimization of operational IT processes and support workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Completed vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration, Digital Management Specialist, IT Systems Technician, or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in roles such as IT System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, IT Service Desk, or IT Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technology, and client/hardware environments
  • Experience with software distribution tools (such as Matrix42 Empirum), ticketing systems, and remote support is advantageous
  • Structured working approach with strong service orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills
