Customer Support (m/w/d) – Pflegesoftware

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare SaaS organization seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients with technical and application-related questions about care management software.

• Handle customer support requests via phone and email in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Analyze client inquiries and provide fast, clear solutions
• Document all requests and solutions thoroughly in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex cases to second-level support or relevant departments
• Share structured customer feedback with the product team to support continuous software improvement
• Support the development of help materials including knowledge base articles, tutorials, and FAQs

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in telephone customer support, ideally in IT or software environments
• Completed vocational training or degree with technical or commercial focus, or comparable qualification
• Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and genuine enjoyment in working with people
• Structured, solution-oriented work style with the ability to remain friendly and composed in stressful situations
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system, particularly in care services, and billing or industry-specific software is a strong plus
