About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential blockchain organization for a Brand Partnerships role within their accelerator program. This is a 3-6 month early-career opportunity designed for current students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space across the APAC region.

You'll work directly with senior partnership leaders to identify, negotiate, and activate brand collaborations while developing transferable skills in strategy, project management, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential brand partners aligned with organizational vision and goals
• Negotiate partnership agreements to achieve defined business objectives
• Build and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and activation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, communications, insights, design, content, data, product, social media, and legal to develop annual marketing strategies
• Establish data-driven goals and measure campaign performance across short-term and long-term horizons
• Manage budgets and continuously improve return on investment
• Provide market insights and industry knowledge to inform decision-making
• Support regional and local teams to enhance marketing execution quality
• Lead complex, end-to-end partnership projects with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

• Current university student or recent graduate
• Demonstrated experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or event management
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent relationship-building and storytelling skills
• Experience collaborating with global partners, internal stakeholders, and external agencies
• Solid understanding of brand positioning and partnership value frameworks
• Creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making approach
• Clear, concise communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin required to coordinate with partners and stakeholders across markets
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and Web3 concepts (NFTs, tokens) is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly
