About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain organization for an accelerator program role in growth marketing focused on MENA markets. This is a 3-6 month program based in the UAE, designed for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. Our client operates one of the largest platforms in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, serving millions of users across 100+ countries.

This accelerator program offers networking opportunities, professional development, and the chance to build transferable skills while working on real growth initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of growth and marketing campaigns across MENA markets
• Assist with campaign setup, coordination, tracking, and reporting
• Help localize global campaigns and content for MENA audiences
• Support offline events, university activities, and community initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and organize data into actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in university or recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and the crypto/fintech industry
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required for coordination with regional partners and stakeholders
• Good understanding of MENA markets and local digital culture
• Organized, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Experience in student clubs, internships, events, content creation, or marketing projects is a plus
