Account Management Lead – Editions France

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food-delivery technology company in their search for an Account Management Lead – Editions France based in Paris. This role sits at the heart of our client's commercial strategy for France, leading a network of delivery-only kitchen sites that differentiate their marketplace offering.

You will lead a commercial team of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Managers while owning P&L responsibility for a portfolio of kitchen sites. This is a role that blends strategic partner leadership, financial accountability, and hands-on operational execution across a fast-growing network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team for the delivery-kitchen network across France, setting strategy and ensuring disciplined execution site by site
• Own P&L responsibility for your portfolio, accountable for revenue, profitability, and the financial health of multiple sites
• Drive occupancy targets by partnering with local teams to secure signed contracts, qualify pipeline leads, and map high-potential restaurant partners by site and cuisine gap
• Build and deliver joint business plans with restaurant partners, focusing on menu optimisation, virtual brands, pricing, packaging, and catchment expansion
• Lead commercial negotiations with business owners and C-suite operators, supported by robust financial analysis and P&L rationale
• Enforce the commercial scorecard for new kitchens, including profitability checks, launch packages, and site-specific requirements
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction, Kitchen Layout, Site Operations, Marketing, and international teams to launch new kitchens on time and ensure they perform from week one
• Establish a strong operating rhythm with senior restaurant partners, including quarterly business reviews and monthly performance check-ins
• Set KPIs and OKRs to monitor business performance, using reporting and data to drive decisions rather than simply describe results
• Coach and develop your team to raise the standard of account management across the network, supporting their learning and career progression
• Represent the business at partner events and serve as a trusted advisor on market trends and competitive intelligence

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in commercially focused roles with a strong track record of P&L ownership or financial decision-making
• Experience managing medium-sized commercial or account management teams
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to combine strategy and hands-on execution
• Solid project management skills and a proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects on time
• Comfortable negotiating with business owners or C-suite operators, building trusted long-term relationships
• Effective collaborator able to influence internal stakeholders across functions and geographies, including global teams
• Adaptable, proactive problem-solver comfortable working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food and operations
• Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role
• Fluent in French and English (required)
• Previous general management experience or experience running your own business is desirable
