Director Enablement Global Clients – CDI – F/H

Responsibilities

We are representing a global media and marketing organization seeking a Director of Enablement to oversee product adoption and training programs across a portfolio of major client accounts based in Paris. In this hands-on role, you will:

• Manage enablement programs for large global client accounts, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support for AI-driven media technology platforms and data products
• Conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and tailored training sessions for client teams
• Lead change management initiatives to support clients transitioning to new platform-enabled workflows
• Serve as the primary enablement liaison for your cluster, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams
• Facilitate cross-functional integration efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between media products and other service areas within client workflows
• Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories demonstrating client value
• Support new business pitches and retention efforts by showcasing platform capabilities
• Gather and relay client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a seasoned enablement professional with:

• Proven experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization
• Strong understanding of technology platforms with the ability to serve as a confident product advocate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborative working style and ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is advantageous but not required
• Fluency in French and English required for this Paris-based position

Pay
