Deployment Strategist

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll bridge product, commercial, and customer success functions—taking cutting-edge AI capabilities and turning them into measurable business outcomes for global enterprises. You'll own complex deployments from scoping through go-live, shape product direction based on real customer needs, and help define how our client scales their customer engagement model.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship management. You won't just implement solutions—you'll discover new use cases, hold senior stakeholder relationships, and influence what gets built next.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programmes at enterprise accounts, designing rollout strategies and adapting decisively when approaches need to change
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Director and VP-level sponsors, running governance meetings and navigating difficult conversations
• Identify expansion opportunities beyond initial scope by proving new use cases and building the commercial case for additional deployments
• Establish deployment best practices that can be scaled across the organisation as the customer base grows
• Translate customer insights into product requirements, providing engineering teams with clear problem statements and evidence-based recommendations
• Track outcomes rather than activities, ensuring deployments translate into measurable business value and revenue impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing delivery, implementation, or product roles
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects at senior levels in large organisations
• Commercial mindset with focus on outcomes and understanding how successful deployments drive revenue
• Comfort with early-stage ambiguity—you can create structure, make decisions with incomplete information, and thrive in fast-moving environments
• Exceptional communication skills, equally effective presenting to executives and documenting handovers for colleagues
• Experience deploying AI, automation, or data products inside large enterprises (bonus)
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or finance functions in enterprise settings (bonus)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £100,000–110,000
