About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential advertising technology company based in Hamburg, Germany. Our client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team and lead the development of innovative digital advertising solutions for leading brands.
This role combines hands-on creative production with client-facing responsibilities, requiring someone who can conceptualize campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive AI-powered creative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and produce innovative advertising campaigns across multiple formats including video, social media, mobile, and HTML5 display ads
- Work with industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop through After Effects), and Google Web Designer
- Develop and present compelling creative pitches from initial concept through client presentation
- Manage client meetings and email communication, ensuring customer needs are understood and met
- Coordinate feedback implementation on creative concepts and provide constructive direction to designers
- Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines and quality standards across all deliverables
- Integrate AI-based tools strategically into creative production workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on client objectives
- Oversee timely delivery and coordination of creative projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in an agency environment
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within creative services
- Strong self-organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Expert-level knowledge of design principles with ability to provide constructive feedback to design teams
- Proficiency in visualization tools for concept sketching and feedback (PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe programs)
- Demonstrated experience developing and presenting creative pitches with strategic thinking
- Experience and enthusiasm for AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or comparable qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
- Proactive approach to responsibility, commitment to excellence, innovative mindset, and collaborative spirit
