Position Summary

As Manager, IT at Xcelenergy, you'll take charge of a dynamic team responsible for managing and optimizing our technology systems and infrastructure. This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations, supporting our business continuity, and driving technology improvements across the organization. You'll report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and advance our digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop an IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including systems, networks, and infrastructure management
• Manage IT budget and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
• Identify technology improvement opportunities and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection requirements
• Coordinate with business units to understand technology needs and deliver solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement preventive measures
