Recruiter Sales & Marketing

Wynd is seeking a Recruiter Sales & Marketing professional for a full-time position in the Orlando area. You'll lead our recruitment efforts for sales and marketing talent, building strong teams through strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.

About This Position

This full-time Recruiter Sales & Marketing role at Wynd is based in our Orlando area office. You'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle for our sales and marketing departments, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top-performing team members. Your work will directly impact our ability to build the talented, driven teams we need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open sales and marketing positions
• Manage the full recruitment pipeline, from job posting through offer negotiation
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles
• Post positions across job boards and professional networks to reach qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and team pipeline health
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in sales or marketing environments
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of sales and marketing roles, competencies, and career progression
• Self-directed approach with excellent attention to detail
• Comfort conducting phone and video interviews and engaging candidates proactively
