Finance Manager – 12-month FTC

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology company in their search for a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation during an exciting period of expansion, working within their global reporting function based in London.

You'll be working on a hybrid model with three days per week in their Central London office, contributing to month-end processes, statutory reporting, and cross-functional finance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end reporting processes for your assigned region and manage specific processes across group entities
• Collaborate with local finance teams and operational stakeholders to produce monthly variance analysis and resolve queries
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances and issues
• Prepare statutory accounts for individual entities in accordance with local accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors to fulfil requests and respond to queries during audit cycles
• Support ad hoc finance projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• At least 2 years of post-qualified experience in a finance role
• Experience working with large datasets to solve complex problems
• Background in a high-growth or start-up environment is highly desirable
• NetSuite experience is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies
