About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications client in Cologne who is seeking a Technical Account Manager with deep expertise in Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) and mobile communications. This is a permanent position supporting B2B customers in critical voice communication solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical consulting and support to business customers on crisis-secure voice communication solutions in MCPTT and mobile network environments
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing customer projects from presales consultation through technical onboarding, piloting, stable deployment, and expansion
  • Support sales teams during presales activities through technical consultation, solution design, and customer presentations
  • Address technical inquiries, perform structured error analysis, and deliver sustainable problem resolution during testing and ongoing operations
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments
  • Systematically integrate customer requirements into product and service development roadmaps

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) technologies
  • Strong knowledge of modern mobile network technologies and end-to-end applications
  • Solid understanding of critical operations and emergency communication systems
  • Experience consulting on complex technical telecommunications solutions in B2B environments
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management experience and comfort working in project-oriented structures
  • Very good German language skills and good English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Completed degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or comparable qualification, plus several years of relevant professional experience
