About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy sector organization seeking an experienced Team Leader for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) based in Frankfurt Höchst. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the E&I team while ensuring safe, reliable, and economical operation of all electrical, measurement, control, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&I maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers, ensuring safe and efficient execution
• Ensure availability, reliability, and integrity of critical electrical, measurement, and automation systems
• Monitor and improve relevant maintenance KPIs in the areas of occupational safety, quality, and cost
• Support planning and execution of shutdowns, turnarounds, and major repair and optimization projects
• Develop and advance your team both technically and personally, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Serve as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) for the site

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship with further qualification as Meister/Fachwirt or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or comparable field
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in maintenance of electrical, MSR, or automation technology within chemical or process industry operations
• Sound knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, plus experience in contractor management
• Strong skills in fault analysis and troubleshooting of electrical, measurement, or automation systems
• Experience with maintenance planning, turnarounds, and leading larger teams and external partners
• Fluent German communication skills (minimum B2 level)
• Collaborative leadership style with strong EHS awareness and continuous improvement orientation
