We're seeking a hands-on Operations Technician to maintain equipment reliability and ensure smooth daily operations at our Rockford facility. You'll be part of a skilled team managing production systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operational equipment to prevent downtime and ensure consistent performance
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Document operational metrics, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during your shift
• Follow established safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively
• Support facility efficiency by organizing materials, tools, and work areas

What You Bring

• Experience in manufacturing, production operations, or facility maintenance (or demonstrated mechanical aptitude)
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow detailed procedures
