About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential jewelry brand in their search for a Senior Brand & Celebrity Marketing Manager. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building brand preference and awareness through high-level creator and brand partnerships on an international scale.

You'll work at the strategic level—not on individual campaign performance, but on how partnerships strengthen brand attributes, unaided awareness, and emotional connection with audiences. This position requires presence in Mannheim with hybrid flexibility and occasional travel for creator events and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that measurably increase brand preference and unaided brand awareness
• Identify, negotiate, and structure top-level partnerships with creators and brand collaborators internationally—from contract development to ongoing relationship management
• Lead campaigns and projects strategically from conception through success measurement, ensuring alignment with overarching brand objectives
• Monitor search trends as indicators of brand relevance and derive actionable insights
• Ensure collaborations strategically reinforce core brand attributes, particularly emotional connection
• Build transparent measurement frameworks to evaluate partnerships against KPIs including brand preference, awareness, and search performance
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and international partner relationships with confidence in demanding negotiation situations

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management
• Several years of experience in brand marketing, creator marketing, or comparable strategic roles
• Proven contract negotiation expertise at international top-level with demonstrable experience in contract structuring
• Strong campaign and project management capabilities—you confidently steer complex initiatives from start to finish at the strategic level
• Data-driven decision-making approach based on solid success measurement rather than intuition
• Executive presence and negotiation confidence when engaging with experienced international partners
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and partnerships
• Resilience and clear thinking under uncertainty and in dynamic situations
• Ability to build and maintain top-level international relationships sustainably
• Cross-cultural communication competence with sensitivity across cultural boundaries
• Stakeholder leadership skills—you guide internal stakeholders through complex decision processes without direct authority
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
