Operator – 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 4p-12a)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operator to join our Elkland facility. In this role, you'll operate and monitor production equipment, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and help maintain smooth operations during the second shift. This position offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and the chance to develop valuable technical skills as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and specifications
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning to ensure optimal performance
• Record operational data, production metrics, and observations in logs or digital systems
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all safety and environmental protocols
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about equipment status, issues, or production concerns
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance staff when needed
• Support quality assurance by monitoring product output and reporting deviations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 4 PM to 12 AM shift schedule
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Prior manufacturing or equipment operation experience is a plus
