Role Overview

As a Care Partner at North Fulton Hospital, you'll be the backbone of patient support—partnering directly with nursing staff and healthcare professionals to ensure every patient receives excellent, person-centered care. You'll contribute to a welcoming, respectful environment where patient dignity and comfort are prioritized. This full-time day role offers the chance to build real relationships with patients and colleagues while gaining valuable experience in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Respond promptly to patient requests and communicate concerns to the nursing team
• Maintain patient rooms and common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and comfort
• Help transport patients and equipment as needed within the hospital
• Document and report observations about patient status and needs
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks under supervision
• Treat all patients and colleagues with empathy and respect, honoring cultural differences
