Position Summary

We're looking for a Project Coordinator, Sports (Temporary) to help drive the success of our sports-related projects from our Atlanta headquarters. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and serve as a communication hub across teams and stakeholders. Your organizational acumen and attention to detail will ensure projects stay on track while fostering teamwork and accountability throughout the initiative lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to keep sports initiatives moving forward
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and tracking systems
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among internal teams, departments, and external partners
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sports events and productions
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues promptly
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items
• Assist project managers and leadership with administrative support and operational tasks
