About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client seeking bilingual English-Spanish speakers in Colombia for a flexible, project-based voice recording engagement. This is an independent contractor opportunity—not traditional employment—with complete schedule flexibility. You record conversational clips mixing both languages naturally, and you're compensated per approved submission.

Responsibilities

• Record 1-2 minute voice clips responding to prompts or reacting to short videos
• Speak naturally, code-switching between English and Spanish as you would in everyday conversation with friends or family
• Complete multiple clips per recording session when available
• Ensure recordings meet quality standards: clear audio, quiet environment, single speaker

What We're Looking For

• Language: Fully bilingual—fluent or native proficiency in both English and Spanish, with natural code-switching habits (mixing languages mid-conversation without thinking about it)
• Equipment: Any recording device works, including smartphones; no professional studio gear required
• Recording environment: Quiet space with no background music, television, traffic noise, or other voices
• Audio quality: Clear voice close to microphone, no echo, single speaker only; headset or earbuds with mic recommended but optional
• Location: Must be based in Colombia

Note: Clean, quiet audio is essential—background noise or unclear speech may affect recording approval and payment.

How We Work with You

Once approved, you'll receive access credentials and project details. You work independently on the platform—no direct client contact during the application process. This is project-based contract work with pay per approved recording; availability and volume vary by project needs.

Pay

Compensation varies by project and is paid per approved recording. The client estimates approximately $5 USD per hour equivalent depending on recording speed and approval rates. Payment is processed through the client's platform upon recording approval.
