VP, Demand Generation

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a VP, Demand Generation based in Paris. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CMO, where you will build and lead the global demand generation engine for an organization at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption.

You will own the strategy and execution across demand generation, field marketing, and account-based marketing—driving pipeline growth across high-stakes enterprise accounts in finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global demand generation strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and ABM functions
• Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets on a global basis
• Build integrated campaigns spanning digital channels, events, paid media, executive programs, content, and partner marketing
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to accelerate pipeline generation across strategic enterprise accounts
• Develop and scale a best-in-class account-based marketing strategy for enterprise segments
• Lead field marketing efforts across EMEA, North America, and APAC regions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications to maximize impact of product launches and flagship events
• Establish clear funnel metrics, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models to measure marketing performance and business impact
• Act as strategic advisor to the CMO and collaborate with executive leadership on company priorities

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Marketing within high-growth B2B technology companies
• Proven track record leading global demand generation and field marketing organizations
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise pipeline and revenue growth
• Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and enterprise go-to-market strategies
• Experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
• Exceptional operational, analytical, and leadership capabilities
• Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or developer platforms is highly preferred
• Ability to work in Paris, France
