VFC is hiring a full-time Supervisor for our Timberland store at Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware. Lead our sales team, drive customer engagement, and ensure excellent retail operations in this leadership role.

The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Lead, motivate, and schedule a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee floor coverage, product presentation, and merchandising standards throughout the store
• Support sales performance by coaching your team and modeling strong selling techniques
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and receiving procedures
• Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols and operational procedures are followed
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development to strengthen team capabilities
• Monitor cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and financial accuracy
