Role Overview

As a Supervisor at our Timberland store location in Wayne, you'll take on a leadership position responsible for managing daily operations, supporting team performance, and creating an engaging shopping environment. Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team with coaching, training, and constructive feedback

Requirements
