Registered Regional Nurse Manager – Western Region

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential specialty pharmacy organization in their search for a Registered Regional Nurse Manager to oversee infusion nursing services across the Western Region. This is a fully remote clinical leadership position offering the opportunity to shape quality patient care while supporting and developing a distributed team of field infusion nurses.

Our client is experiencing significant growth and seeks a seasoned nursing leader who can balance clinical oversight, staff development, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support field infusion nurses across the assigned region, conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans as needed
• Review and approve infusion nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Lead comprehensive onboarding for new infusion nurses and deliver ongoing training programs focused on best practices, clinical documentation, and safety protocols
• Monitor adherence to infusion therapy protocols and infection control practices, promoting high-quality patient outcomes through routine audits and constructive feedback
• Serve as primary liaison between field nurses, internal departments, and external partner agencies, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Coordinate nurse staffing and schedules with administrative teams to meet operational needs across the region
• Ensure nursing services comply with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory surveys, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Escalate complex clinical concerns or operational issues appropriately while exercising sound judgment on routine matters
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and strategic planning sessions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy
• At least 2 years in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role
• Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings
• Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Master's degree or certification in nursing leadership or administration
• Active California RN license in good standing
• CRNI® (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) and/or IgCN® (Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse) certification

Pay
