Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential real estate management organization in München seeking a property rental specialist to join their team on a working student or part-time basis.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating property marketing activities: scheduling photography sessions, preparing property exposés with marketing support, publishing and maintaining listings
- Managing prospective tenant inquiries: reviewing applications, pre-qualifying candidates, coordinating viewing appointments, conducting property showings, and following up with interested parties
- Supporting tenant selection processes: verifying document completeness, reviewing credit documentation, providing candidate assessments for team review
- Assisting with property handovers and inspections: preparing protocols, recording meter readings, documenting defects, managing key transfers
- Maintaining accurate records in the company's proprietary system, ensuring all contacts, appointments, and status updates are properly logged
- Providing administrative support to senior brokers: preparing appointments, compiling property documentation, handling correspondence, following up with prospects and service providers
- Managing back-office tasks as needed: maintaining master data, digitizing and filing documents, documenting processes
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable engaging with people directly—you'll lead property viewings with multiple prospective tenants and represent the client professionally
- Good judgment when assessing candidates, or willingness to develop this skill through hands-on experience
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple properties, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously
- Reliability and attention to detail—missed appointments or errors impact client relationships significantly
- Proactive communication style: asking questions rather than guessing, both with clients and internally
- Currently enrolled as a student or seeking part-time employment (academic background is flexible; commercial or real estate interest is beneficial)
- Quick learner with digital tools and proprietary software systems
- German language proficiency required for client-facing role; prior real estate experience is not necessary
