About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential digital services organization that specializes in website management and optimization for growing brands. We're seeking a Website Development Assistant to join their remote team on a part-time basis.
This role focuses on maintaining website health, implementing content updates, and managing technical optimizations that keep digital properties running smoothly. You'll work behind the scenes ensuring every detail functions perfectly before going live.
Responsibilities
- Manage routine website updates and maintenance tasks to ensure continuous site performance
- Upload and format content, ensuring professional presentation and functionality across all pages
- Implement technical elements including schema markup and tracking pixels
- Maintain and optimize widgets, plugins, and basic SEO configurations
- Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, and missing metadata
- Support the development team by handling day-to-day technical maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency with WordPress administration and dashboard navigation
- Experience using page builders such as Elementor
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify and correct technical and visual inconsistencies
- Comfort working from clear instructions and task lists with strong deadline management
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and various CMS platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Self-motivated approach to remote work with minimal supervision required
